Find Accommodation is an advertising platform that connects property owners with potential guests seeking holiday accommodations. We provide a marketplace for property advertising but do not facilitate bookings, process payments, or charge commissions on bookings. All booking arrangements and payments are handled directly between hosts and guests.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Host Responsibilities

4.1 Property Listings

Hosts must provide accurate and complete information about their properties, including descriptions, amenities, pricing, and availability.

4.2 Legal Compliance

Hosts are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations related to their property rental activities.

4.3 Direct Communication

Hosts are responsible for all communication, booking arrangements, and payment processing with guests. Find Accommodation is not involved in these transactions.

5. Guest Responsibilities

5.1 Direct Contact

Guests must contact property hosts directly for all booking inquiries, availability, and payment arrangements. Find Accommodation does not process bookings or payments.

5.2 Property Care

Guests agree to treat the property with respect and comply with house rules established by hosts.

6. Advertising Fees and Payments

Find Accommodation operates as an advertising platform. We charge fees only for advertising services to promote property listings on our platform. We do not charge booking fees, processing fees, or commissions on guest bookings. All booking payments are handled directly between hosts and guests.

6.1 Advertising Services

Property owners may pay for premium advertising features to increase visibility of their listings. These fees are clearly disclosed and separate from any booking transactions.

7. Booking and Cancellation Policies

All booking terms, cancellation policies, and payment arrangements are determined by individual hosts. Find Accommodation is not responsible for booking disputes, cancellations, or refunds as these are handled directly between hosts and guests.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You may not:

Post false, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent content
Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe upon the rights of others
Transmit viruses or other harmful code
Spam or harass other users

9. Limitation of Liability

Find Accommodation acts solely as an advertising platform connecting hosts and guests. We are not liable for the actions of hosts or guests, property conditions, quality of accommodations, booking disputes, or payment issues. All transactions and communications occur directly between hosts and guests at their own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Find Accommodation and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
